FEES
The goal of VPLS is to reduce its client's overhead costs and increase profitability. Therefore, we offer different pricing models to meet our client's needs, depending on the nature and volume of work involved. We recognize that our clients have the ability to outsource tasks outside the United States, thereby compelling VPLS to design a compatible fee schedule in order to compete in the outsourcing industry.
We adopt a flexible approach to billing and will work with our clients to establish a billing regime that makes most sence for the project. Furthermore, we offer pricing models to meet our client's needs depending on the nature or volume of work involved. For that reason, we designed a (1) flat fee, and (2) hourly fee for our clients.

Flat Fee
With flat fee billing, a client will sit down with a representative of VPLS and discuss the client’s legal needs/projects. Once VPLS has had the opportunity to determine how much time would be involved and the complexity of the project(s), it can quote a fixed price to the client. This fixed price is the fee for the work (but it does not cover any costs – e.g. filing fees, copy costs, etc.), regardless of how long the project(s) takes.
There are several advantages with our Flat Fee billing model. First, our client knows exactly what its legal costs will be upfront. Second, we can spend as much time as needed to complete the project(s) without concerns about over-billing.
Below are just a few examples of legal projects available for Flat Fee billing. This list is not comprehensive as the possibilities are endless based on a client’s needs:
